Biography
I was raised by great parents in the town of Roswell, New Mexico. My standard line is that "I appeared on the planet in 1947 in Roswell, NM"...and it's true. Though I never heard anything in the early years about any UFO, in retrospect I'm sure my parents, friends and teachers considered my presence a validation that something from somewhere else had made an appearance.
I grew up listening to the radio and was exposed to varying music styles. Though my formal training in college was "classical" in nature, I've sung gospel, classical, music stage, country, folk and yes, even rock n' roll.
I have a dream to record and make available affirming, uplifting music for all tastes. The theme of my "Brand New...Again!" CD is but one in a series. Other themes include Bluegrass, Christmas, Love Songs, Patriotic, Classical and more. I hope you'll want to collect them all. I am available for personal appearances and concerts. P.S. I'm having a wonderful time singing Frank Sinatra tunes as well as favorites out of the 30's, 40's and 50's at retirement centers, nursing homes and assisted living centers - songs for The Greatest Generation. I'm also available for weddings (service music or reception or both). All the music is positive and uplifting and is being warmly received by audiences all over the DFW Metroplex.
